SHIPPING: It is our policy to ship your items as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 12pm Pacific Time will typically ship within 24 hours, however some items can take up to 72 hours to ship. We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
CANADA: Extra $10 Shipping Charge does apply.
Items ordered together may not ship together and may not ship on the same day. These include, but are not limited to, larger furniture and oversized gear or similarly bulky items. Additionally, some items may ship directly from our manufacturer and not from our warehouse. We do our best to give you an accurate shipping and availability timeline on each product.
While we strive to maintain an accurate inventory count, errors can and sometimes do occur. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. At that time you will be given the option of canceling or modifying your order, or accepting delivery when the item comes back in stock (if applicable).
