We are proud of the items we carry at Rock’n Sprouts and stand by them or in them depending on the time of day and temperature. Either way, we are happy to
accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects.

All regular priced items can be returned within 14 days of the original shipping date. If a refund is requested you will be issued store credit minus the charges for shipping and handling once merchandise is received.

Contact us by email with what you are exchanging so we can make sure to hold on to the item you need.

All exchanges that are NOT due to flaws or defects will be accessed a $5.95 shipping charge. Please be sure that exchanges are delivered to Rock’n Sprouts within 14 days of original purchase. Fill out the form that came with your order and return it with your items to exchange.

Exchanges MUST BE unused and in their original packaging. That last bit is for the gnomes who work here (truculent little fellows, best not to anger them).
Its also best to always include a tracking number when shipping your items back to us. I'm sorry to say that we are not responsible if the item is lost in the mail.
